THE TIME FOR Change IS NOW

Everyone deserves to be heard, understood, respected, and ACCEPTED.

Understand Your Surroundings

Chances are that you or someone you know have or will experience a mental health concern. For high school and college students, the mounting pressures and responsibilities in their surroundings can be triggers against their mental well-being. At I Am Acceptance, we strive to educate individuals on being aware of their own mental wellness and identifying their triggers.

Inspire Change

I Am Acceptance brings mental health awareness, acceptance, and action to educational institutions. By engaging with students, faculty & administrators, and the community at large we listen to the concerns of the community to develop speaking engagements that encourage regular conversations on the state of students’ mental wellness.

Initate the Conversation

I Am Acceptance has developed a tour that speaks at high schools and colleges with the purpose of creating community through the discussion of experiences with mental health issues in students of all ages. The goal of the tour is to initiate conversations with students on the topic of mental wellness to educate and empower them to prioritize their mental health and well-being.

Encourage Acceptance

By helping students create their own definition and vision of acceptance, we deconstruct stigmas surrounding mental health and advocate for students’ right to seek help without judgment. We believe that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, respected, and accepted.
